It highlights the importance of the principle of separation and balance of powers in ensuring the rule of law and protecting rights and freedoms. The study adopts descriptive and analytical approaches to examine the relevant constitutional and legal texts. It concludes that the dominance of one branch over the others weakens justice, reduces the effectiveness of oversight, and threatens political and institutional stability.
