To achieve the study's objectives, the student used the descriptive approach. To obtain the necessary data, the Digital Transformation Questionnaire and the Job Performance Questionnaire were administered to a random sample of 100 employees. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS version 26, and the results are as follows: • There is a statistically significant impact of digital transformation on the job performance among employees at the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production, Unit, Tarqa - Ain Temouchent (Algeria) • There is a statistically significant impact of material means and programs on the job performance among employees at the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production, Unit, Tarqa - Ain Temouchent (Algeria) • There is a statistically significant effect of the communication network on the job performance among employees of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production, Unit, Tarqa - Ain Temouchent (Algeria) • There is a statistically significant impact of human resources on the job performance among employees at the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production, Unit, Tarqa - Ain Temouchent (Algeria) • There were no statistically significant differences in the practice of digital transformation among employees of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production Unit, Tarqa - Ain Temouchent (Algeria) depending on the gender variable. • There were no statistically significant differences in the average job performance of employees at the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production Unit, Tarqa - Ain Temouchent (Algeria) according to the gender variable.otherdigital transformationjob performanceemployeesThesis
