We briefly review the theoretical foundations of tacit knowledge, as well as the various concepts related to it. The quality of strategic decisions and the relationship of tacit knowledge to the process of making strategic decisions in the Local Development Bank of Ain Temouchent. To achieve these goals, a questionnaire was designed.
