It aims to highlight the legal framework governing this right through the analysis of the substantive and procedural regulations that control its exercise. The study also emphasizes the importance of social dialogue, negotiation, conciliation, and mediation as preventive mechanisms for resolving collective labor disputes before resorting to strikes. Furthermore, it underlines the role of labor inspection authorities and the judiciary in ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protecting the rights of the parties involved in employment relations.
