The research addresses the problem of improper disposal of this liquid waste, which leads to pollution and environmental damage, while previous Arabic and international studies have shown its value as a raw material in chemical and energy industries. Using a descriptive and analytical method, the study explores the theoretical framework of sustainable development, recycling, and the green economy, while also reviewing existing literature and case studies. It further analyzes the technical, economic, and social feasibility of implementing a simple local system for collecting and reusing used oil. The findings suggest that "ECOIL" can create job opportunities, reduce environmental costs, and promote green entrepreneurship in Algeria, especially with the growing global demand for sustainable energy. The study recommends policy support, public awareness, and legal frameworks to encourage the adoption and expansion of such initiativesotherUsed cooking oil, Recycling, Sustainable development, ECOIL project, Green economy, Environmental solution, Waste management, Green entrepreneurshipالاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر دراسة حالة مؤسسة مصغرةThesis
