It aims to analyze the extent to which digitalization contributes to enhancing administrative performance within the studied institution. The study relied on a sample of 80 employees using the descriptive analytical method and a questionnaire as the data collection tool, and the data were statistically processed using SPSS. The results showed a positive effect of administrative digitalization on the quality of administrative services; however, this effect remains limited in strength. The findings also revealed variations in the impact of the sub-dimensions of digitalization, with no strong statistical significance for them.
