The first part is theoretical, explaining the concept of linguistic communication, its types, and its elements, to understand language use in Algeria and the reality of communication and education at the Algerian university. The second part of this study is practical, involving a field study to understand the communication of African students at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.
