The practical application of this study was conducted at the Algerian People’s Credit Institution’s Ain Temouchent branch. This study employed a descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve this objective، we used a questionnaire as the research tool، which was distributed within the organization to a sample of 31 employees. We used the SPSS V26 statistical package for the social sciences to analyze the data، and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for measuring reliability was 0.9، a high value indicating that this study enjoys a high degree of reliability and validity. Furthermore، the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that all statements were statistically significant the relationship between training and improved job performance. The results of the simple regression analysis also indicated that training has a significant effect on the dimensions of job performance، namely: effectiveness، quality، motivation، supervision، and efficiency.
