It employed the descriptive statistical method, which serves the study’s objectives. The research was conducted on a sample of 70 primary school teachers. To gather data, a questionnaire was used. After distributing and analyzing the collected data, the following results were reached: There is a correlation between training and professional competence. There are differences in competence based on gender, in favor of males. There are no differences in competence based on educational level.
