In this context, the present study addressed the role of digitization in improving the performance of public institutions through an applied field study at the Social Security Directorate, which has implemented several plans and strategies aimed at digitizing its services and enhancing public performance efficiency. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted due to its suitability for the topic, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The sample was randomly selected and included two groups: the first representing the citizens interacting with the institution, and the second representing the employees responsible for delivering services. The study also highlighted the reality of the quality of services provided to citizens, focusing on the most prominent digital platforms used at the Social Security Directorate specifically, and public administrations in general. The results showed that the integration of digital technology and the utilization of electronic platforms in Algerian public administration clearly contributed to the development of work methods, which positively reflected on the quality of services provided, making them more modern and advanced, in line with the requirements of digital transformation and modern electronic administration.otherDigitization, Public Institution, Performance, Social Securityدور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء المؤسسات العمومية دراسة حالة بمديرية الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الاجراء لولاية عين تموشنتThesis
