In this context, we made two types of hydroalcoholic solutions (SHA). One SHA formulated according to WHO (2010) and another SHA added with essential oil (EO) of oregano (Origonum vulgare L.). Then, we evaluated the in vitro antifungal activity of these two last ones against Candida albicans IP444, reference strain and C. parapsilosis, clinically isolated strain according to the technique of diffusion inhibition on solid medium. The results of our study revealed that the hydroalcoholic solution exerts an anti-fungal activity on the reference strain C. albicans and C. parapsilosis with inhibition zones of 10 mm and 12 mm diameters respectively. On the other hand, SHA presents a very important activity when associated with the essential oil of oregano (Origanum Vulgare) against these two tested strains with inhibition diameters of 20 mm and 45 mm. Our SHA+HE formulation of oregano is to be recommended for hand hygiene, since it is extremely sensitive to Candida albicans, which is a yeast of the transient skin flora, and Candida parapsiloisis, which is part of the skin flora of the hands.frSolution hydroalcoolique, Huile essentielle, Activité antifongique, Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis, Origon (Origanum Vulgare L).Formulation et évaluation de l'activité antifongique des solutions hydro-alcooliquesThesis
