It aims to highlight the relationship between human capital and competitive advantage within the company by studying the impact of knowledge, skills, experience, creativity, and innovation on enhancing the company's competitive advantage. To achieve the study's objectives, a field study was conducted at the Beni Saf Cement Company in the Ain Temouchent province. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 workers, employees, and managers at the company. The questionnaire data was analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The study's hypotheses regarding the relationship between the independent variable (human capital) and the dependent variable (competitive advantage) were also tested. The study concluded that the Beni Saf Cement Company possesses a human capital characterized by a good level of experience, knowledge, and professional skills. The results showed high average scores for most items related to the human capital dimension, particularly those concerning accumulated experience, training, and skills development. The results also showed that the organization possesses a good level of competitive advantage, particularly in the areas of production cost control and quality improvement, which has contributed to strengthening its market position.
