The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and descriptive statistics to test the research hypotheses. The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between change management and job satisfaction, indicating that change management has a meaningful effect in improving employees’ job satisfaction levels. The findings also showed that the practice of change management contributes significantly to enhancing job satisfaction and explains a considerable proportion of its variation.
