A descriptive approach was employed, utilizing Alham Abdullah's (2013) mindfulness scale and Hassan Al-Zahrani's (2010) time management scale, alongside a preliminary data questionnaire. The study sample comprised 221 hospital workers selected through stratified random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25, revealing high levels of mindfulness and time management among hospital workers, with a statistically significant positive correlation between these variables.
