We studied this topic from the legal and legislative sides, through three different stages. In the first stage, we dealt with the legal aspect and analyzed commercial insurance from the perspective of Algerian law, and in the first stage The second we touched on the Sharia aspect, where we analyzed the provisions of Islamic Sharia related to commercial insurance, and mentioned all the differences that existed around it until we reached the aspect that separates them.
