The study relied on a sample of 48 employees and workers within the municipality, with 40 valid questionnaires selected for analysis, as they are the group most closely related to the research topic. The questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, in addition to interviews and observation to support the field study. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, along with statistical techniques using SPSS to analyze data and test hypotheses.
