The methodology is based on a descriptive and analytical approch , supported by fieldwork involving interviews and direct observation .it explores how recognition is perceived and manifested in relationships between trainees and trainers , as well as among peers within the training environment . Findings reveal that professional recongnition is not merely an external motivator , but rather a fundamental component in shaping the self as aprofessional actor . it significantly influences motivation , self- confidence and integration into the professional sphere.The study underscores the need to foster an institutional culture rooted in appreciation ,dialogue , and positive interaction , especially in light of the challenges facing vocational training today.
