Reconfigurable antennas solve these problems, offering many functions and dynamically changing their properties, such as frequency, radiation pattern, polarisation or a combination of these three parameters. In our graduation project we studied the frequency reconfigurability of a rectangular patch antenna operating in the Ku-band [10.7-12.7] GHZ. The reconfigurability is achieved by adding a varicap diode with a variable capacitance. The developed antenna is used for space applications. The simulation results were validated by a numerical analysis method using the CST STUDIO 2014 software.frreconfigurable antennas, frequency, radiation pattern, printed antenna, varicap diode, Ku bandSimulation d’antenne patch à dépointage de faisceau pour des applications spatialesThesis
