It examines the relationship between social and organizational factors, such as leadership, professional relationships, organizational communication, and culture, and their impact on employees’ feelings of professional alienation.The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used interviews as a data collection tool, based on several theoretical approaches to explain the relationship between the work environment and professional alienation.The results showed that the social work environment influences employees’ professional belonging.
