It aims to examine the relationship between the severity of depressive episodes and the occurrence of suicidal thoughts. A descriptive case study method was used, relying on clinical interviews and psychological assessment tools. The findings indicate that severe depressive episodes are associated with an increased risk of suicidal ideation. The study highlights the importance of early assessment, continuous psychological follow-up, and appropriate therapeutic interventions to reduce suicide risk and improve patients' mental health and quality of life.
