After addressing the theoretical foundations of this topic, the study was applied to the Sonelgaz company in Ain Temouchent. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The data was then analyzed using the SPSS statistical software through a range of statistical methods. The results showed a good level of e-management implementation within the organization under study, and that it contributes to improving overall performance, as a statistically significant effect was found between the two variables. It was also found that some of the sub-dimensions explaining emanagement, such as electronic monitoring and guidance, had a strong impact, while the impact of other dimensions, such as electronic planning and organization, was weak or insignificant.other: Electronic managementOrganizational PerformanceInformation TechnologyDigital TransformationSonelgazThesis
