It is a field study conducted on a sample of secondary school teachers in Ain Temouchent province. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was adopted. To obtain the necessary data, the organizational empowerment questionnaire by researcher Sakhi Boubaker and the job involvement questionnaire by researcher Haroun Jumaa Abdel Hafeez were used, and applied to a cross-sectional sample of 82 secondary school teachers. This data was then entered into the statistical package program (SPSS, V20). This study yielded the following results:  The study sample had a high level of both organizational empowerment and job involvement.  The dimensions of organizational empowerment contribute to predicting the nature of job involvement among the study sample.  There are no statistically significant differences in organizational empowerment attributed to the variable: gender and Educational level in the study sample.  There are statistically significant differences in organizational empowerment attributed to the variable: age in the study sample.  There were no statistically significant differences in job involvement attributed to the variables of gender, age, and educational level among the study sample.
