Due to their specific nature, the Algerian legislature removed them from the Penal Code as a general law and issued a specific law to combat them within the framework of a modern criminal policy. This law, Law No24-02 of February 2024, on combating forgery and the use of forged documents, established several preventive measures, most notably technical, legal, and administrative measures. Accordingly, this research will attempt to highlight the most important of these preventive measures and the institutional role in combating the crime of forgery in accordance with Law 24-02 on combating forgery and the use ofotherpreventive criminilization, preparatory work, wining policy, criminal liability of the legal person, electronic screening.Thesis
