The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach as the most suitable method for such applied studies. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool on a sample of 50 employees and executives of the institution. Data were analyzed using SPSS through several statistical methods, including arithmetic means, standard deviations, and linear regression analysis. The study concluded that digitalization has a statistically significant positive impact on administrative modernization, as it contributed to accelerating task completion, reducing administrative errors, improving coordination between departments, and enhancing administrative performance efficiency within the institution.
