Despite the importance of these measures in protecting the international Law’s terms from being Violated and its necessity in maintaining the international peace and security, they collide With the Logic of protecting the human rights. From one side, we observe that the charter insists on taking all the necessary measures for preserving the human rights such as the Economic sanctions from another side, we observe also that the charter provides for the peoples right in realizing development. With no doubt, these measures have practically negative effects on the human rights in general and on the right of development in particular, as an area of focus, without bringing about the desired change neither through putting the rulers under pressure nor through the ineligible decisions taken by the UN security Council against some states. So, looking for other alternative solutions is necessary for the mitigation of massive economic sanctionsinternational sanctioninternational Economic sanctionseconomic embargoeconomic boycotteconomic blockadethe right to development. 69العقوبات الاقتصادية للأمم المتحدة بين حفظ سلم و الأمن الدوليين و ضمان حق الإنسان في التنمية
