The study adopted the descriptive analytical method as the most suitable approach for investigating the phenomenon. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool from a sample of 35 employees. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis software. The findings revealed a high level of application of modern management practices within the organization, with a statistically significant positive impact on economic performance.
