It uses a descriptive approach and is based on interviews conducted with officials from the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie - Ain Témouchent branch, with data analyzed using Maxqda v2024 software. The results showed that artificial intelligence has not yet been effectively integrated and is limited to basic digital applications, with limited awareness of its potential. In the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie, the technologies used do not meet international standards.
