The SPSS statistical software package was used to analyze the responses. The results showed a high level of ethical leadership application at the real estate agency in Aïn Témouchent, along with a high level of organizational loyalty. Furthermore, the study found a statistically significant relationship between ethical leadership and organizational loyalty among the agency's employees at a significance level of a < 0.05. The correlation coefficient was (R = 0.653), indicating a moderate to strong relationship between. the two variables.
