Accordingly, this study examines the conceptual framework of both corruption and good governance and analyzes the constitutional guarantees established by the Algerian constitutional legislator to reinforce transparency, accountability, the rule of law, and judicial independence. It also highlights the role of Parliament and independent constitutional bodies, particularly the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight against Corruption, in supporting the national anti-corruption framework.
