A clinical approach was adopted to achieve the study’s objectives, using a sample consisting of three (03) cases with varying levels of stress. A set of tools was employed, including clinical interviews, an observation checklist, and an individual therapeutic program focused on acceptance, in addition to a psychological stress scale. The results indicated a significant decrease in psychological stress following the application of the therapy, demonstrating the effectiveness of ACT in alleviating stress among members of this sample.otherAcceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychological Stress, Civil Protection Agentsالعلاج بالتقبل و الالتزام؛الضغط النفسي؛أعوان الحماية المدنيةفعالية العلاج بالتقبل و الإلتزام في خفض الضغط النفسي لدى رجال الحماية المدنية :دراسة عيادية على 03 حالات تابعين إلى المديرية العامة للحماية المدنية بولاية عين تموشنتThesis
