Through this research, we sought to highlight the role of the public prosecution in activating "Mediation", "Criminal Order", and "Criminal Reconciliation" as flexible alternatives to traditional litigation. We concluded that these alternatives significantly contribute to reducing the judicial burden and expediting the resolution of minor offenses. Furthermore, we emphasized their vital role in protecting first-time offenders from social stigma by keeping their criminal records clean and amicably restoring victims' rights. Finally, we found that the Algerian legislator successfully balanced procedural efficiency with preserving social cohesion.AlternativesProsecutionMediationOrderReconciliation.بدائل المتابعة الجزائية وفق المستحدث من قانون الإجراءات الجزائية
