So we followed in this study the descriptive approach in the theoretical side while the practical side we relied on the analytical approach using the questionnaire that was directed to the employees of the Foreign Bank of Algeria and the “Ain Temouchent” agency, which is a random sample which we dealt which the hypotheses of the study and after analyzing and interpeting the results based on the SPSS statistical programe the most important results were.
