The first chapter explores the scope of the Social Chamber’s jurisdiction, both in terms of subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction, as well as the procedures of amicable settlement and filing lawsuits. The second chapter analyzes the conduct of social litigation, including claims, defenses, and evidentiary tools, culminating in the nature of judgments and avenues for appeal.
