To invest in this country and despite the gradual improvement of the investment environment in Algeria, and the many benefits and motivations it contained, the volume of national and foreign investments did not live up to the level of available opportunities and capabilities; Because there are a number of obstacles that poison the business environment and then drive away potential investments. In order to be able to properly evaluate the investment climate in Algeria, we relied in our study on an institutional framework to analyze a number of quantitative indicators.
