To achieve this objective, a Field study was conducted at Ain Témouchent University, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of administrative staff and executives working in various faculties, departments, and administrative units of the university. The results, analyzed using the Statistical package for the Social Sciences () version24, revealed a strong, positive, and statiscally significant correlation between the application of new public management principles (encompassing awareness of NPM’s importance, quality of administration and management, administrative accountability, participation, decentralization, and improved human resource management) and the enhancement of public service quality.
