Single-layer MAPbI3 and bilayer MAPbI3/MASnI3 configurations are investigated using FTO/WS2/absorber/CuO/Au structures. The influence of absorber thickness, acceptor concentration, defect density, and back-contact work function on the photovoltaic parameters is systematically analyzed. A comparative assessment of the single-layer and bilayer configurations is performed in terms of carrier transport, charge collection, and power conversion efficiency. The results provide a physical understanding of the parameters governing device performance and identify suitable conditions for the optimization of bilayer perovskite solar cells.enPerformance Comparison Between Two Perovskite Solar Cells Using SCAPS-1D SimulationsThesis
