Given the nature of the study, a quasi-experimental design was adopted, employing a pre- and post-test design on a single group. The sample consisted of six(6) participants. A set of instruments was used, including: the Mental Alertness Scale by (Ahlam Abdullah, 2013), applicable to the Algerian context; the Psychological Resilience Scale by (Sangh & Nan Yu, 2010), modified and adapted by (Braih Sara, 2023) to the Algerian context; and an individualized therapeutic program focusing on relaxation techniques. The study results concluded that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the group in the pre- and post-tests for mental alertness and psychological resilience among the civil protection personnel, favoring the post-test. This indicates that the therapeutic program based on relaxation techniques significantly contributes to developing mental alertness and enhancing psychological resilience among civil protection personnel.otherTherapy programRelaxation techniqueMindfulness - Psychological resilienceCivil defense personnelCivil protectionمساهمة برنامج علاجي قائم على تقنية الاسترخاء في تنمية اليقظة العقلية و تعزيز المرونة النفسية لدى رجال الحماية المدنية:دراسة ميدانية بولاية عين تموشنتThesis
