It also sought to explore the relationship between each dimension of organizational silence and job satisfaction among administrative workers. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers employed the descriptive method and a questionnaire as the primary tool, then verified its psychometric properties (validity and reliability). The study sample consisted of 80 employees at the Wilaya Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchent, selected randomly. The researchers also used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze and process the data. After statistical analysis, the study results indicated that there is no statistically significant correlation between organizational silence and job satisfaction among administrative workers at the Wilaya Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchent.
