The study aimed to reveal the most important issues addressed by the author through his stories, such as loyalty, alienation, longing for الوطن, repentance, psychological conflict, and the effects of violence and painful memories. The study also showed that the writer expressed these themes through a symbolic and reflective style that mirrors human suffering and hopes. The dissertation also discussed the most important human values presented in the collection, such as cooperation, sacrifice, tolerance, love, loyalty, patience, and hope. These values appeared through the human relationships between the characters and their different situations.
