The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of an integrative treatment programme in reducing the psychological stress experienced by mothers with more than one hearing-impaired child. The study adopted a clinical (semi-experimental) approach alongside a case study approach, using tools such as semi-structured clinical interviews based on a clinical interview guide, direct observation, and the "Psychological Stress Scale for Families of Hearing-Impaired Children". The study sample consisted of eight cases, selected intentionally from among mothers with more than one hearing- impaired child at the School for Hearing-Impaired Children in the Wilaya of Ain Temouchent. A pre-test measuring stress levels was conducted before the treatment programme was implemented, and the same scale was reapplied after the programme was completed. The programme resulted in a significant improvement in stress levels. These results reflect the effectiveness of the integrated treatment programme in reducing stress levels in the studied cases, but with varying degrees due to a number of individual and social factors specific to each case. The study recommended the provision of psychological support and counselling programmes for families of children with hearing impairments, especially mothers, who bear multiple psychological and social burdens.otherIntegrated treatment programmepsychological stressmothershearing impairmentفاعلية برنامج علاجي تكاملي للخفض من الضغوط النفسية لدى الأمهات اللواتي لديهن أكثر من طفل من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية: دراسة عيادية لـ08 حالات بمدرسة الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا ولاية عين تموشنتThesis
