To prepare this study, we took a sample of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ain Temouchent. Among the outputs of the maxqda2020 program used in the analysis, we concluded that banks in Algeria are increasingly inclined to support small and medium-sized companies, and they have a special strategy to adopt in financing these companies. Diverse to meet the needs of startups, in addition to providing a full range of banking services for startups.
