It also analyzes the main forms of constitutional oversight in ordinary and exceptional circumstances, highlighting the role of the Constitutional Court and the mechanism of constitutional challenge in ensuring compliance with the Constitution. The study concludes that constitutional review over the executive has been strengthened, but its effectiveness depends on the independence of the Constitutional Court and the efficiency of its mechanisms.constitutional reviewexecutive authorityPresident of the RepublicPrime MinisterHead of GovernmentConstitutional Court2022 Constitutionconstitutional supremacyconstitutional challenge.الرقابة الدستورية على السلطة التنفيذية في الجزائر في ظل دستور 2020
