The following tools were employed in the case study of the professors at Belhadj Bouchaib University: Spss V27.questionnaire, interview, and observation. A total of 100 professors were distributed to university professors at Ain Temouchent University. The study focused on how the use of digital technologies such as learning management systems, communication platforms, and administrative software- contributes to enhancing professional performance and increasing both educational and administrative efficiency among faculty members. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through structured questionnaires and interviews with a sample of university professors. The findings revealed that digital transformation has clearly contributed to improving professional organization, facilitating interaction with students, and simplifying administrative procedures.
