Abdellaoui, FethallahMorad, Ismail2024-06-042024-06-042023http://dspace.univ-temouchent.edu.dz/handle/123456789/4177The aim of this study is to determine the impact of environmental management practices in family-owned businesses on achieving dimensions of sustainable development, through a case study of the family-owned business ‘LLC Sofcontra’, where the theoretical aspect of the study relied on a descriptive approach, while in the practical side, a questionnaire survey was designed and distributed to a randomly selected sample of employees (34 employees) from the ‘LLC Sofcontra’.
