بلخثير هاجرلواتي خاتمة2026-06-302026-06-302026https://dspace.univ-temouchent.edu.dz/handle/123456789/7084"This study aimed to identify the role of Management by Walking Around (MBWA) across its dimensions (fact-finding, communication improvement, motivation, development and innovation, and feedback) in achieving organizational trust across its levels (trust in senior management, trust in the direct supervisor, and trust in colleagues) at Algérie Télécom in the province of Ain Temouchent. To achieve this objective, the study employed both descriptive and analytical methodologies. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, distributed to a sample of 40 employees within the organization. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 26. The study reached several key findings, most notably: the existence of a statistically significant strong correlation between the study variables, and a positive impact of MBWA on enhancing organizational trust within the institution.
