To accomplish this, a questionnaire was formulated as a means of data collection and was administered to a random group of 64 respondents who were the company's customers. The investigation highlights the Algerian Insurance Company (SAA) as the focus of the research. Notably, the study reveals a statistically significant correlation between customer satisfaction and the tangibility, responsiveness, and safety dimensions.
