It highlights the concept, types, phases, and legal requirements of mergers, as well as the legal implications for merged companies, creditors, shareholders, and employees. The research also compares Algerian regulations with those of other legal systems, such as French and Egyptian laws, in order to identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
