This study tested a main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses, confirming the existence of a positive relationship between digitization and organizational practices. We relied on a descriptive approach using qualitative research tools, including observation and interviews. The study sample was deliberate, consisting of 18 employees out of 30 administrative staff in the Faculty of Arts, Languages, and Social Sciences. The study succeeded in highlighting the importance of organizational practices as a fundamental pillar in supporting digital transformation efforts within the university.
