It begins by tracing the historical evolution of trademarks and defines their legal framework as regulated under Ordinance 03-06 of July 19, 2003. The research highlights various forms of infringement, such as forgery, imitation, and unauthorized use, and analyzes the available legal protections—both civil and criminal—under Algerian law. The thesis also discusses the role of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI) in trademark registration and monitoring, while identifying practical challenges such as overlapping regulations and difficulties in proving imitation. It concludes that while Algerian legislation offers partial protection, further legal updates are necessary to effectively combat modern counterfeiting methods.otherTrademark – Infringement – Algerian legislation – Legal protection – Indust opertyالاعتداء علي العلامة التجارية في ضل التشريع الجزائريThesis
