But each method has its advantages and defects. In our work, we use a cooperative approach, so only use the benefits of different methods. Indeed, we take advantage of a segmentation method, combined with an algorithm that takes into account local characteristics of the image. We operate a segmentation based on the k-means algorithm and the method of watershedRetina, Ophthalmology, Angiography of fundus, Segmentation
